This morning, the sun was up and shining. Mr. Sun has been quite shy lately, hiding out behind the clouds and grayness and only peeking out briefly. Then, the gray clouds being such bullies, pushed him to the back once again. Then the clouds thought it would be fun to see how many different forms of precipitation they could produce in one afternoon. So far, we have seen small hail, sleet, rain, and snow. When the snow really started to stick and I found my kids faces stuck to the window, I knew that the school day was officially over and so was any chance of being caught up in the laundry department. Layered with hats, gloves, jackets, scarves, and snow pants, they have been happily playing outside while I happily played with my camera inside. Oh, there will be lots of wet, muddy clothes and cold children indoors before long so I quickly share these pictures and brace myself for what is about to walk through the door.
