White Christmas

One of my favorite shots from Christmas at my mom and dad's house.

Truly, this is the only white Christmas I can recall. It was magical, watching the fat flakes swirling outside the window, knowing that my children would be just as mesmerized when they awoke in the morning. After opening gifts, of course they wanted to venture outdoors. We bundled up and threw snowballs and even made a snowman. I like that the kids decided to make "yoda ears" along with the traditional carrot nose and twig limbs.

Hopefully I will find some time to write more, for I have lots on my mind!
